Growing Minds Academy Day Care and Nursery is a brand new facility in Fairview, New Jersey. We specialize in early childhood care for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Our classrooms are brightly colored and are unusually large with small classroom settings offering a high teacher to student ratio. Our entire staff is CPR and first aid certified. We have certified teachers in each classroom to insure that your child is receiving individual attention and a fulfilling educational experience. Each class is videotaped and parents are provided with a daily log of their child's day. Specialized classes such as gym, music and dance are regular weekly features at Growing Minds Academy. Our certified highly trained staff are extremely motivated and dedicated to making your child's formative years a happy one. They are also regularly monitored by an independent early childhood education specialist.
Our children enjoy a true learning environment filled with the comforts of home that includes a children's library, living area and computer workstations.
We are particularly proud of our state of the art nursery that has been carefully designed to provide your infants with extreme comfort and security.
We have a large outdoor playground that will truly fulfill your child's recreational needs. We offer breakfast and lunch five days a week (at no extra charge) as well as provide your child with milk, juice and bottled water.
Our hours of operation are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. We close on major national holidays and for emergency weather conditions.

Our centers sessions consist of both half and full days. Half days consist of 4 hours or less per day. Full days consist of any hours over 4 hours per day. Parents can choose 3, 4,
5-day programs either full or half days. All hours are flexible. At The First Step, we understand that flexibility is a part of good childcare, that is why we can work with you.
