My name is Karen Ashram and I’d like to thank you for taking a moment to visit me here,
This “book for all seasons” invites your child to join Ericka on her fabulous journey as she seeks to find her favorite color in the kaleidoscope of colors presented by the changing seasons.
My motive for writing this book was to create a fun yet educational story that could be read to young children by a parent or other adult, and also to relate an engaging story that everyone can easily identify with because it parallels everyday life experiences.
You will find that Seasons and Colors is a lighthearted yet purposefully directed didactic story that allows your child to learn about some of the basics of nature's many wonders.
All young children from age 2-5, pre-schoolers and kindergarten students alike, can relate to the character of young Ericka-regardless of considerations of geography, culture, and so forth.
May your child enjoy this story as a fun learning experience that will teach them about some of the natural fascinations in the great wide world around them, as well as forge closer ties in your parent-child relationship.
