As far back as I can remember I have had a strong desire to help living things. I have always had strong empathetic feelings toward other beings that were experiencing suffering. As a young teenager, I began self study in the fields of astrology, natural medicine, and nutrition. In 1995 I enrolled in a massage therapy program, beginning my journey into professional natural medicine. My life’s work has always been in the medical field; as a veterinary technician, physical therapy assistant, nursing, massage therapy, and yoga study and instruction.
