Owner and Executive Chef Fabio built the first Panaretto Pizzeria in the Valley of Agno, Italy in 1989. There, Panaretto has received recognition and praise for the quality of ingredients, the service, the technological innovation, and the satisfaction of its customers. After 20 years, Chef Fabio decided to bring the same restaurant to the "Venice of America", Fort Lauderdale, and in the Fall of 2009 he opened Panaretto Pizzeria, USA.

Panaretto is the name of the wooden serving plate. It is a traditional serving plate in the Venice area, usually to serve polenta. Our pizzas are served on the panaretto to make the process of cutting the pizza easier and to preserve the crust by eliminating the condensation that a common plate generates.
