RINCON SALVADOREÑO was established in 1980. It is called "THE PIONEER" because it was the First restaurant specializing in authentic Salvadorean food in Jamaica, Queens, New York. RINCON SALVADOREÑO began as small restaurant where about 30 or more people gathered to enjoy typical Salvadorean food in a warm, family oriented place. Presently, the restaurant occupies an area that extends from its original site to a half of a block with the capacity to seat up 200 people.

The restaurant ambience continues to be family oriented where people can enjoy home styled cooking for breakfest, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Special features of the RINCON SALVADOREÑO are: the Bakery where are baking is done on premises freshly made each day and the Tienda La Santaneca, a gift shop with arts, crafts and typical items from Central America.As requested, customers may have private parties and professional photography.

The Bilingual management and staff are happy to serve a menue flavored with typical Salvadoren dishes, delicious appetizers, combined Plates, Meat Selection, Seafood Varieties and Deserts. Typical and National Beverages are also available.
