New York CPM knows that the patient is the number one priority. We strive to make the patients healing time as stress free as possible. Customer service is available so that you know we are there for the patient every step of the way to ensure the most comfortable transition after there orthopedic surgery.

A representative from New York CPM will set up an appointment with the patient so that we can deliver the CPM machine directly to the patient’s home. Once at the patients home a New York CPM representative will set-up the device, demonstrate the proper use of the CPM machine and answer any questions the patient might have. We also provide a telephone number so that the patient can call with any questions that might arise after our visit.

After the treatment period is over, we at New York CPM will personally come to the patient’s home and pick-up the CPM machine. With New York CPM we take care of all the work so your patient does not have to.
