For more than 30 years, I have been helping people create stronger and more satisfying relationships, eliminate unwanted habits, overcome depression and anxiety, and develop stress and anger management skills in order to enjoy more fulfilling lives. I have helped clients achieve a better quality of life through individual, couples and family counseling, and the highly specialized field of hypnosis.
    Hypnosis, accepted by the American Medical Association since 1958 as an effective therapeutic technique, has helped many people stop smoking and has proven effective in weight control as well as habit or chronic pain control. Hypnotherapy is also used to improve self-esteem, concentration, memory and performance in academics, business, sports and public speaking.

    Marriage and family counseling services are provided to promote unity within relationships and to foster family harmony. In couples counseling, I help people learn to communicate more effectively to resolve problems and to restore closeness and intimacy. Help is also available for those couples going through separation and divorce. I also provide individual counseling to assist clients with anger management, conflict resolution, drug and alcohol abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and many other personal and professional issues. Because I use short-term, solution-based     strategies, in just a short period of time you will gain new insights and make substantial progress.

  My office is located at The Concourse in Sandy Springs/Atlanta near Northside Hospital and Perimeter Mall in an office building that is handicapped accessible. I offer flexible office hours with late evening appointments available. In special circumstances, weekend hours may also be available.
